Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a quality-related return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence of the quality issue.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., embroidered, tailored, or engraved items) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene, safety, or production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale / Discounted Items – All promotional or heavily discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Jewelry & Accessories – For hygiene and safety, all jewelry, accessories, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Non-Quality Reasons – Returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference are not accepted.

Return shipping for verified quality issues will be covered by the seller.

How to Process a Return
